G Protein

If your research includes the G Protein Estrogen Receptor, then we have what you need.

GPER/GPR30 Agonist & Antagonist are proprietary products of SandiaBio.

Estrogen is very important to numerous human physiological events that occur throughout the entire body. It’s been shown that GPR30, (G protein-coupled receptor) most popularly known as GPER and the traditional ER (estrogen receptors), activate cell signal pathways in response to estrogen. There are differences in the actions of GPR30 and ER.

In vivo experiments show that when G15  is present, GPR30 contributes to both uterine and neurological responses initiated by estrogen.
